Oh my goodness Noah is an absolute star. She is 8 weeks old and is finally in her new home – she looked so tiny when we put her in her car seat!!
These last couple of days have been so beautiful having Noah home. It still hasn’t sunk in that we have her forever and so we are spending most of our time just cuddling and staring at her.
Today Noah had her first bath!! She liked the head wash and massage and seemed to enjoy the sensation of being in the water. But she didn’t like being put in or taken out and spent a lot of the time with a very confused look on her face!
Noah’s starting to have longer times of being awake and alert (without just being hungry) and is starting to focus on our faces a lot more. It’s so lovely staring into those big blue eyes 🥰
She still has a lot of growing to do – the #journeyofapreemie can be different and challenging at times – but we are believing that after everything she has been through, she will continue to go from strength to strength.
